A Personalized Partnership

The Museum of the American Revolution invites companies to partner through annual corporate memberships and program, event, and exhibition sponsorships. We collaborate with our Corporate Partners to build and steward unique relationships that are tailored to their marketing and philanthropic objectives. And we provide personalized service so the Museum can be your “home away from home” for client entertainment and employee engagement. The Museum also provides opportunities for companies to support our mission through Pennsylvania EITC contributions and matching gifts.

Corporate Membership

As a corporate member, your company will help the Museum uncover and share compelling stories about the diverse people and complex events that spark America’s ongoing experiment in liberty, equality and self-government. In return, your company will enjoy benefits that provide value to your company, your employees, and your clients.

All corporate members receive:

  • Invitations to exclusive exhibit receptions and programs
  • Advance consideration of unique sponsorship opportunities, including seasonal promotions, special exhibits, education initiatives, and audience programming
  • Acknowledgment in an annual advertisement in the Philadelphia Business Journal

In addition, corporate members receive a range of benefits based on the following levels:

  • 3 executive membership cards, good for free admission to a group of 6 guests
  • 4 exclusive Museum highlights tours (up to 15 guests)
  • 2 complimentary daytime rentals of Founders Boardroom
  • 20% discount on all other Museum facility rentals
  • Appoint a company executive to serve on Museum’s Corporate Advisory Council

$15,000

  • 150 complimentary admission passes
  • 2 executive membership cards, good for free admission to a group of 6 guests
  • 3 exclusive Museum highlights tours (up to 15 guests each)
  • 1 complimentary daytime rental of Founders Boardroom
  • 15% discount on all other Museum facility rentals
  • Appoint a company executive to serve on Museum’s Corporate Advisory Council

$10,000

  • 100 complimentary admission passes
  • 1 executive membership card, good for free admission to a group of 6 guests
  • 2 exclusive Museum highlights tours (up to 15 guests each)
  • 1 complimentary daytime rental of Founders Boardroom
  • 10% discount on all other Museum facility rentals
  • Appoint a company executive to serve on Museum’s Corporate Advisory Council

$5,000

  • 50 complimentary Museum admission passes;
  • 1 executive membership card, good for free admission to a group of 6 guests
  • 1 exclusive Museum highlights tour (up to 15 guests)
  • 5% discount on all other Museum facility rentals

Program and Exhibit Sponsorship

The Museum provides companies with targeted marketing exposure and engagement opportunities through program, event, and exhibition sponsorships. Sponsorship opportunities include seasonal promotions, special exhibitions, education initiatives, public programs, and more.

Featured 2020 sponsorship opportunities include the special exhibition When Women Lost the Vote: A Revolutionary Story, 1776-1807 and the 2020 Gerry Lenfest Spirit of the American Revolution Award Dinner. Pennsylvania EITC

The Museum of the American Revolution is an approved Educational Improvement Organization (EIO) through the Pennsylvania Educational Improvement Tax Credit Program (EITC) program. During the 2018-19 school year, EITC gifts helped provide scholarships for 12,000 students from disadvantaged Philadelphia-area schools to experience Through Their Eyes, the Museum’s core field trip program.

Your company’s support EITC support will allow students to experience the American Revolution through the eyes of individual men, women, and children with diverse political leanings, social classes, economic levels and conditions of freedom. In recognition of your support, the Museum will list your organization among our Corporate Partners.

Corporate Matching

Hundreds of corporations across America recognize the value of their employees’ donations to charitable organizations like the Museum of the American Revolution and offer matching gift programs to further increase the value of their donations. Contact your employer's HR department to see if your gift is eligible for a corporate match. Send your matching gift forms to donations@amrevmuseum.org.

More and more companies offer online Matching Gift processing, so no form is required – just let them know you donated to us, and they take care of the rest. Some companies even offer donation via payroll deduction, so we receive your donation and their matching gift in one lump sum!

The Museum of the American Revolution is a non-profit, tax exempt public charity as described in section 501(c)(3) of the U.S. Internal Revenue Code.
